LEMON CHICKEN (LO-FAT) 
1 lg. lemon
1/2 tbsp. fresh or dried rosemary
1 tsp. sage
1 chicken bouillon cube
8-9 pieces of chicken
Salt and pepper

Skin chicken pieces. Salt and pepper to taste. Put chicken in roasting pan. Squeeze lemon over chicken, then slice and place in pan. Sprinkle rosemary and sage over chicken. Dilute bouillon cube in 1 cup warm water and pour in pan. Cover pan with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil and brown chicken for 20 minutes.
