CHOW MEIN SALAD 
1 c. sliced celery
2 c. coarsely grated carrots
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can sm. shrimp, drained and rinsed
1 can chow mein noodles

Mix all ingredients except chow mein noodles together. Let set overnight or a few hours. When ready to serve stir in the chow mein noodles. Mix well and serve.
