RUM CAKE | |
1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 box Duncan Hines buttered golden cake mix 1 (3 oz.) vanilla instant pudding 1/2 c. light rum 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. oil 4 eggs Confectioners sugar Grease and flour bundt pan and put nuts in bottom. Add eggs, one at a time to cake mix, pudding mix, rum, water and oil. Beat 2 or more minutes. Pour into bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. After cake cools, remove from pan. Shake confectioners sugar on. |
