M ' M GOOD TACO PIE 
1 taco seasoning mix
1 deep dish pie shell
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can refried beans
1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce, divided usage
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided usage
1 to 1 1/2 c. Nachips or Fritos, crushed
Tomato, sour cream, lettuce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thaw pie crust 10 minutes. Prick bottom of pie shell thoroughly with fork. Bake pie shell for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce temperature to 350 degrees.

In skillet, cook ground and onion until meat is browned; drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning mix to meat. In a small bowl, combine refried beans, 1/2 cup taco sauce; mix well. Layer 1/2 of refried bean mixture in the bottom of crust. Top with 1/2 of the seasoned meat, 1 cup cheddar cheese. Then layer again, refried beans, meat, cheese. Crush Nachips or Fritos all over top. Bake 20 to 30 minutes until light brown. Serve with lettuce, tomato, sour cream. Taco sauce for additional topping. Enjoy!
