HAM AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
5-6 med. potatoes
1 can mushroom soup
1 can milk (use soup can)
1 med. onion
1 can ham
1/2 lb. New York extra sharp cheddar cheese

Alternate layers of sliced potatoes with diced onions and grated cheddar cheese in 2 quart baking dish. Mix milk and mushroom soup together and pour over potatoes. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 1 1/2 hours until potatoes are done.
