BLUEBERRY BUCKLE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 c. blueberries, washed & dried
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter, softened

In large mixing bowl, cream 3/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup butter until light and fluffy. Add egg, beating well. In another bowl stir together 2 cups flour, baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture and milk alternately to creamed mixture, beating until smooth after each addition. Spread in greased 9 inch square pan. Top with blueberries. Combine remaining sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over berries. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Serve warm.
