HUNGARIAN COOKIES 
3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. butter
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients; cut in butter. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Place 2/3 dough in jelly pan. Spread on preserves and roll out the rest of dough. Cut into criss cross on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
