FROSTING (FOR BROWNIES) 
1 - 6 oz. pkg. Chocolate Chips
2 c. Powdered Sugar
1/4 c. Shortening
1/2 c. Canned Milk

Combine all above ingredients, except Sugar. Boil 2 minutes, then add sugar.

Mix well.

After taking brownies from oven, spread miniature marshmallows over top. Spread above frosting on top and put back into oven 1 - 2 minutes.

Makes enough for a 9 x 13 inch pan.
