LUSCIOUS LEMON BARS 
CRUST:

1 c. soft butter
1 dash salt
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour

FILLING:

4 beaten eggs
1/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. lemon juice
Yellow food coloring

Combine all crust ingredients and mix well. Press into liberally greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly.

Combine all filling ingredients. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into bars.

Yield: 48 bars.
