MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. mushrooms
Salt
Pepper
Accent
Ritz crackers (3 stack packs)
1 pt. whipping cream
1 stick butter, melted

Clean mushrooms by wiping carefully with a damp cloth. Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover the bottom of the dish with half of the mushrooms, sliced stem to button. Add salt and pepper and Accent. Cover with half of the crushed Ritz crackers. Drizzle with butter.

Repeat mushrooms and crackers for a second layer. Pour (unwhipped) whipping cream very carefully around sides of pan between casserole and dish until it touches the top layer of crackers. Cook uncovered 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees until very bubbly. Delicious. Serves 6.
