JALAPENO CORNBREAD 
3/4 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. corn meal
3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
2-3 chopped jalapeo
1 c. cream corn
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients. Grease pan lightly. Bake for 25 minutes at 425 degrees.
