PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. boneless steak cut in thin strips
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Dash ground ginger
Salt to taste
2 med. green peppers, cut into chunks
2 med. onions, sliced
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. beef broth

Preheat browning dish for 6 minutes. Add steak, soy sauce and ginger. Microwave, uncovered for 3 minutes, stirring once. Add season, peppers, onions, cover, microwave 2 to 3 minutes. Combine cornstarch and broth, microwave until thickened, stirring once. Fast and simple to make. Very good. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
