GOOD 'N EASY PIZZA DOUGH 
1 c. hot tap water
1 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt

Dissolve yeast in hot tap water. Add sugar (to make the yeast "grow"). Allow this mixture to sit for 10 minutes.

Add flour, oil, and salt. Stir until a ball of dough forms. Transfer dough to a large plastic bag. Squeeze 10-15 times to knead the dough.

Close bag with a twistie.

Set bag on top of your refrigerator (or in another warm place) until the dough is doubled in size. Roll out dough. Put on cookie sheet. Add toppings and sauce. Bake at 425 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
