MARINATED PEPPER STEAK 
2 inch thick sirloin steak
1/2 c. bottled Italian salad dressing
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Instant unseasoned meat tenderizer
Coarse crushed pepper

Pierce meat deeply with fork. Place in shallow baking dish. Cover with dressing. Marinate 2 hours turning once. Remove from marinade. Sprinkle with pepper and grill 15 minutes on each side. Carve into 1/2 inch thick slices or thicker, if desired.
