IMPERIAL CHICKEN 
2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. parsley flakes
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix everything together in a jar with a lid. Keeps indefinately in the refrigerator. To make chicken dip skinless chicken pieces in melted butter or milk. Roll in crumbs and place in a greased baking pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can also be used on fish and veal.
