STUFFED CABBAGE ROLLS 
4 qts. water
8 lg. cabbage leaves
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. instant rice
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. diced celery
1/3 c. diced onion
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves

Bring water to boil - place cabbage leaves in water - cover - remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes. Brown meat - remove from heat - add rice, egg, milk, celery, onion, salt and pepper. Mix well - remove cabbage leaves from water. Place 1/2 cup meat mixture on each leaf - roll and secure with toothpick. Pour water out of pot - mix tomato sauce, water (1 cup) and oregano leaves in pot. Place cabbage rolls in sauce. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 hours. Makes 8 servings.
