FRUIT CAKE IN MINUTES 
1/2 c. diced candied green cherries
1/2 c. diced candied red cherries
1/2 c. chopped citron
1/2 c. golden raisins
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/4 c. currants
1/3 c. brandy
1/2 c. packed dark brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 tbsp. molasses
3/4 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts

Lightly grease 8 x 10 inch cup baking ring. Mix green and red cherries, citron, raisins, dates, currents and brandy. Set aside. Beat brown sugar, butter and vanilla until fluffy; add eggs and molasses. Beat in remaining ingredients except nuts until well blended. Stir in fruit and brandy mixture and nuts. Pour into baking ring. Microwave at medium-high (70%) until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, approximately 10 to 16 minutes. If using oven other than Sharp Carousel, rotate 2 or 3 times. When done, cool. Wrap in cheesecloth which has been soaked in wine, brandy or rum. Store tightly covered. For longer storage use more wine, brandy or rum.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
