6 tbsp. olive oil 1 clove garlic 1/4 c. salad oil 1 raw egg 1 tsp. Poupon mustard 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. red wine vinegar I triple the above and throw everything into the food processor with the metal blade. Make in advance and refrigerate. It taste better. I add fresh Parmesan, salt, and ground pepper to the greens before adding the dressing. Toss, then add croutons. Toss again. Don't add dressing until just before serving of greens get too soggy. |
