2 c. sugar
1 tsp. red food color
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 sm. jars plum baby food
Tapioca pudding
1 c. pecans, chopped fine
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cream sugar, eggs, oil, baby food and coloring. Mix all dry ingredients together then pour into first mixture. Put in greased bundt pan. Add pecans. Bake at 325 degrees until done. ICING: Make a glaze of powdered sugar and lemon juice and drizzle over cake.
