2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. oil or melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together. Reserve 2/3 cup for crumbs. Add 1 egg and 1 cup milk with 2 teaspoons baking soda. Top with crumbs in two 8 inch pans. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
