SHRIMP SCAMPI 
1 1/2 lb. raw lg. shrimp
3/4 lb. melted butter
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 lemon, squeezed
2 tbsp. white cooking wine
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic salt to taste
Paprika
Fresh parsley, chopped

Arrange shrimp flat in baking pan. Combine all ingredients except parsley and paprika in saucepan to make sauce. Cool slightly. Pour over shrimp. Sprinkle shrimp and sauce with paprika. Marinate overnight. Broil 5 minutes; turn shrimp. Boil 5 minutes more. Continue to turn and broil until done, not burnt. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
