MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
1 chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. longhorn cheese
1 can enchilada sauce
1 sm. can green chilies
1 doz. corn tortillas

Brown meat and onions. Add chopped chilies, soups and sauce. Cook until well mixed. Place tortillas on bottom of baking dish (8 x 12 inch). Cover with layer of meat sauce. Add layer of grated cheese. Make 3 layers, ending with meat sauce. Cover top with grated cheese. Place in a 325 degree oven for 20-30 minutes, until cheese is melted.

Variation: Increase meat to 2 pounds and use 2 or 3 jalapeno peppers and 1 can mushroom soup.
