HURRY CURRY 
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. minute rice, cooked according to directions
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. curry powder (opt.)
1 sm. can shrimp, drained

Saute onions until tender in butter. Add and stir until smooth, shrimp soup, curry powder, sour cream and shrimp.
