CHILI RELLENOS BAKE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 (4 oz.) cans whole green chilies
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Tabasco

Cook beef, drain. Add onion and garlic. Cut each chili in half. Beat eggs and flour together; add milk, salt and Tabasco. Grease 8 inch pan. Layer meat, chilis, half of cheese. Pour egg mix over top. Finish with rest of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
