ORANGE PUDDING JELLO 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla tapioca pudding (not instant)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
3 c. water

Bring above ingredients to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool for 15 minutes. Stir in 9 ounce tub Cool Whip. When thickened add can of mandarin oranges.
