CHICKEN NACHOS 
2 (6-7 oz.) cans chunk white chicken or 3/4 c. cooked white chicken
1/4 c. salsa (mild, med. or hot to taste)
4 to 6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Nacho chips

Mix chicken and salsa together. Spread a single layer of nacho chips on a 14 to 16 ounce oven-proof platter (overlap chips if needed to cover bottom completely).

Spoon chicken mixture on top of chips making sure to get some on all chops. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
