2 tbsp. sesame oil 3 tbsp. sugar 6 tbsp. high quality soy sauce 1 tbsp. cooking wine 1 shake pepper 1 tsp. ground ginger 2 tbsp. sesame seeds, crushed or whole 3 green olives, cut diagonally 5 chives, cut diagonally 1 garlic clove, minced 1 lb. beef, paper thin cuts (rump roast - London broil) Mix first 10 ingredients in order given. Use stainless or glass bowl. Work strips of beef into marinade by hand, piece by piece. Cover tightly and refrigerate 12 to 24 hours. Barbecue over charcoal, Korean grill, or on stove top grill. Marinate as you cook. Leftover marinade can be cooked separately and served over rice. |
