CORN PUDDING 
2 c. fresh or frozen corn
2 lg. eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/3 stick butter

Beat eggs, adding sugar, flour, salt and pepper. Continue beating until light and fluffy. Add corn and milk. Pour into buttered baking dish. Dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees until lightly brown, about 1 1/4 hours.
