RASPBERRY COOLER 
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. mint leaves
1 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries
1 (6 oz.) can frozen limeade or lemonade concentrate
2 c. club soda

Combine sugar, leaves and water in 2-quart casserole. Cook in microwave full power of stove until mixture begins to boil, about 2 1/2 to 4 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking time. Let stand for 5 minute. Add frozen raspberries and limeade. Stir until raspberries are thawed. Gradually stir in club soda, just before serving. Serve on ice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
