INSTANT PUMPKIN PIE 
2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1/2 tsp. each cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger
4 c. Cool Whip (9 oz. size)
1 baked pie shell or graham cracker crust
Pecan halves

Add pie filling mix to milk in a bowl. Mix slowly by beater or electric mixer at lowest speed, just until blended, about 30 seconds. Blend in spices and 2 cups topping. Pour into pie shell. Chill until set, about 4 hours. Garnish with whipped topping and pecans.
