JALAPENO BEAN DIP 
2 cans jalapeno bean dip
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated

Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl, blending well. Place half the bean dip mixture in 2-quart baking dish. Cover with Monterey Jack cheese. Add remaining bean dip mixture. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with chips or crackers.
