JUDY'S TACO SALAD 
1 lb. chopped meat, browned & cooled
1 head lettuce, shredded lettuce
4 tomatoes, sliced & diced
1 onion
About 12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. Russian dressing (red not pink)
1 can pinto or kidney beans (15 oz.)

Add pinto beans to meat. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Just before serving add 1 bag taco chips, broken up very small. Picante or taco sauce. Mix to taste (if desired).
