BLUEBERRY TEACAKE 
5 tbsp. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
1 3/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. blueberries

Cream shortening and sugar. Add beaten eggs and milk. Stir in sifted flour and baking powder. Stir in blueberries that have been rolled in a little of the flour and sugar. Bake in greased and floured 8x8 inch pan at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
