BUTTERMILK LEMON PIE 
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Pie crust

Cream sugar and butter. Add egg yolks and beat until fluffy. Add buttermilk and lemon extract. Then fold in beaten egg whites. Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
