BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 - 2 lb. beef stew cube meat
1 pkg. Lipton soup mix
Sm. can of mushroom pieces
8 oz. pkg. sour cream
Noodles

Brown meat in small amount of grease, add mushrooms and saute, stir in soup mix and add enough water to cover meat. Let simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. If this broth is thin, stir in a mixture of 2 tablespoons of flour and 1/4 cup of water (shake flour and water in a jar before adding). Stir until smooth. Remove from heat and fold in sour cream. While meat is simmering, cook noodles according to package directions.

Serve meat mixture over hot buttered noodles.
