PECAN - OAT WAFFLES 
1/2 c. pecan meal (whiz pecans in food processor until fine)
1 1/4 c. rolled oats
2 1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients until light and foamy. (Batter thickens while standing.) Heat waffle iron. Blend briefly then pour into hot waffle iron sprayed with Pam. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 3 large waffles.
