PORK CHOP MARINADE 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. chili sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced or garlic powder, to taste
4 to 6 pork chops

Place pork chops in a glass baking dish. Combine marinade ingredients and spread on both sides. Cover dish with plastic wrap. Marinate chops overnight in refrigerator turning occasionally. Grill or bake chops until done about 3/4 hour for baked.
