FOUR LAYER DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1/2 c. crushed nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. Cool Whip
2 pkgs. instant pudding (lemon or chocolate)

Mix until crumbly the first 3 ingredients. Press evenly in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread on layer that has been baked and cooled. Mix pudding according to directions and pour over cheese mixture. Then add a layer of Cool Whip and sprinkle nuts on top, if you wish.
