2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1/2 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine Bisquick, milk, sugar and egg. Pour into greased 9 x 1 1/2 inch round pan. Then pour streusel topping on mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-22 minutes.
