PUMPKIN BARS 
1 c. Wesson oil
1 2/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts; optional

Mix well. Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Frost when cool.

FROSTING:

4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 stick butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar

Cream well and add powdered sugar until right consistency for frosting. I refrigerate bars when frosted.
