HAM LOAF 
2 lb. ground ham
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 lb. ground fresh pork
1/2 cup milk
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)

Mix ham, pork, graham cracker crumbs, eggs, milk and salt together. Mix well. Form into two loaves and place in baking pan.

Sauce:

1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 cup vinegar

Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over the loaves.

Bake, uncovered, at 325°F for 2 hours, basting often with sauce.

Serves 16.
