BROWN RICE AND CHICKEN 
1 3/4 c. rice (wash and drain)
1 can beef broth
1 stick butter
1 can French onion soup
3/4 c. water
4 to 6 chicken breasts

Place rice and butter in skillet and melt butter. Place all ingredients, except chicken in casserole dish. Place chicken breast on top of rice mixture. Cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
