1 yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk

Beat well. Pour into 2 greased and floured jelly roll pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool.

FILLING:

3 c. powdered sugar
1 egg white
2/3 c. Crisco
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. butter
3 tbsp. flour
Banana flavoring to taste

Beat 8 to 10 minutes. Spread between layers. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Freezes well.
