CHICKEN WITH CHUTNEY 
2 whole chicken breasts, halved, boned & skinned
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. chutney
1 tsp. curry powder
Juice of 1 lemon
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Lay the 4 pieces of chicken flat in an oven dish. Combine the mayonnaise and sour cream in a bowl. Stir in the chutney and curry powder. Add the lemon juice. Cover the chicken pieces with the mixture and season with pepper. Place the dish in a preheated oven at 450 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes, uncovered. Serve hot with rice. Makes 4 servings.
