EASY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
Dash pepper
4 c. sliced potatoes
Diced ham, optional
1 sliced onion
1 c. shredded cheese
1 tbsp. butter
Dash paprika

Stir soup until smooth; add milk and pepper. In buttered 1 1/2 qt. casserole alternate layers of potatoes, onion, sauce and cheese. Dot top with butter, sprinkle with paprika. Cover; bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover, bake 15 minutes more. 6 servings.
