1ST PART:

1 pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla

PART II:

1 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. cream
10 marshmallows
2 c. sugar

Boil part 2 six minutes, pour over part 1. Beat hard, pour in buttered pan.
