CRANBERRY NUT COFFEE CAKE 
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. water or milk
2/3 c. whole cranberry sauce
Confectioners' Sugar Icing

Mix first 3 ingredients. Combine Bisquick, sugar, egg and water. Beat vigorously 1 minute. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with nut mixture. Spoon cranberry sauce over top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees in 9"x9"x2" greased pan.

While warm, spread with icing. ICING: Mix together 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, 1 tablespoon butter and about 1 tablespoon water or milk.
