SUSIE SPITZ'S FLECKED WHITE
POUND CAKE

1 pkg. (about 18 oz.) white cake mix
1 pkg. (7.2 oz.) fluffy white frosting mix
4 eggs
1 container (8 oz.) dairy sour cream
1/2 c. water
2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely grated

1. Combine cake mix, frosting mix, eggs, sour cream and water. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed with electric mixer.

2. Add grated chocolate; mix 1 minute longer.

3. Pour batter into a greased, lightly floured 12 cup bundt cake pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree F. oven 50-60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.

4. Cool cake in pan on wire rack 20 minutes.

5. Loosen cake carefully at edges with knife before turning out on wire rack to finish cooling. Slice to serve. Store in tightly covered cake box. Serves 12-14.

NOTE: Cake is very tender and similar to pound cake in texture. If desired, serve with confectioners' sugar or glaze with vanilla or chocolate icing.
