CRABMEAT SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1/4 c. olive oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 celery stalk
1 garlic clove
1 tsp. parsley
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 c. water
1 lb. crabmeat
1 c. stewed tomatoes
1 c. tomato sauce

Cook onions, celery, garlic, and parsley in oil over low heat until clear. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, pepper, salt, and paprika.

Simmer for one hour. Add crabmeat and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serve over cooked spaghetti; sprinkle with grated cheese. Serves 4.
