BAKED MACARONI & CHEESE 
8 oz. macaroni
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
Dash of pepper
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (to sprinkle on top)

Cook macaroni; boil 6 minutes and drain. Pour into casserole dish. Melt butter over low heat; blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk; cook on low heat until smooth and thickened, stirring constantly. Add cheese, stir, and cook until melted. Pour sauce over macaroni in casserole and sprinkle rest of grated cheese over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes until browned.
